Terms of use
Public site and access routes.
Use of site
These terms govern STRCTR public pages, linked flows, and materials outside a separate written agreement.
STRCTR publishes market-related analysis and informational content. Nothing on the site or in linked channels is investment, legal, or tax advice. You use STRCTR at your own discretion.
You agree not to misuse infrastructure: no scraping meant to degrade service, no attempts to bypass access controls, no unlawful use of STRCTR marks or materials, and no interference with other users.
Access routes
STRCTR exposes different entry paths (for example FREE, PRO, and CORE). The route you use defines what you can open and how deep the surface goes.
FREE routes may rely on third-party surfaces such as Telegram. Paid routes are initiated through the checkout flow on this site unless stated otherwise.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or pool paid access. STRCTR may suspend or terminate access that violates route rules or presents abuse risk.
Payments / subscriptions
Where PRO or CORE requires payment, charges are billed through STRCTR’s payment processor (currently Stripe). STRCTR does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
Subscriptions renew on the stated cycle until you cancel through the mechanism Stripe provides or through instructions STRCTR publishes for that route.
Fees, taxes, and processor-side decline behavior follow the checkout presentation at the time of charge. If a renewal fails, access tied to that subscription may lapse until payment succeeds or the subscription ends.
CORE route
CORE may require an application step in addition to payment. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. STRCTR may reject or defer applications that do not meet intake criteria.
If CORE includes ongoing case-style access, availability still depends on STRCTR continuing the program and your account remaining in good standing.
Limitation / no guarantees
Markets involve risk. STRCTR does not guarantee profits, accuracy of forward-looking statements, or uninterrupted availability of any channel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRCTR disclaims warranties implied or statutory except where non-waivable. Liability is limited to what the law requires and what you paid STRCTR for the disputed charge in the twelve months before the claim, unless a higher floor applies by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
