STRCTR collects only what it needs to operate routes and billing.
- Account / contact: email address and identifiers used to authenticate or correspond with you.
- Access metadata: subscription tier, route declarations, and timestamps tied to access events.
- Technical data: basic request metadata (such as approximate region derived from IP where logs exist) used for security and reliability.
- Third-party surfaces: when you use Telegram or similar, their privacy terms apply to what those platforms collect.
How information is used
Data is used to:
- Provide and gate access.
- Process renewals and route changes supported by checkout.
- Respond to requests and abuse signals.
- Maintain logs needed for incident review and fraud prevention.
STRCTR does not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Cookies / analytics
This site uses minimal cookies required for sessions, preferences, or fraud tooling tied to checkout.
If lightweight analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand traffic—not to profile individuals beyond operational needs.
Payment / third-party processors
Payments are processed by Stripe (or another processor STRCTR names at checkout). Card data is handled under that processor’s PCI scope.
STRCTR receives billing status, customer IDs, and transaction references needed to provision access—not full card numbers.
Data retention
Billing records are retained for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal holds as required.
Operational logs rotate on a defensive schedule unless preservation is required for security or regulatory reasons.
You may request deletion of personal data where compatible with outstanding obligations (for example open billing disputes).
