Refund policy
Refund handling for paid routes.
Eligibility
Refund review applies only to charges for STRCTR paid access initiated through a STRCTR route (for example checkout-enabled or manual PRO / CORE subscription charges).
FREE routes have nothing to refund. Charges initiated solely on a third-party platform follow that platform’s rules.
Request timing / refund window
Email strctr.system@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Include checkout email and approximate charge time.
Reply is approve, deny, or partial credit. No reply is not approval.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are typically denied when:
- The request arrives after the fourteen-day window (unless law requires otherwise).
- Access was actively used to retrieve paid material after the charge in dispute.
- Abuse, chargeback fraud, or shared accounts triggered suspension.
- The processor already finalized a dispute outcome.
CORE route handling
If CORE charges both an application step and a subscription, each charge is evaluated separately. Application fees may be non-refundable once review begins, even if admission is denied—unless STRCTR states otherwise at checkout.
Refund requests
All refund requests go through strctr.system@gmail.com. STRCTR does not accept refund commitments through unofficial channels.
